During an initial strategy session, we’ll discuss your fitness, nutrition and performance goals to create an individualized training plan that focuses on maximizing results. Training for performance or training for life – we’ll coach you to make your personal impact. Each training plan is designed to address the pieces of life that have been holding you back, may that be injury, time, or consistency.

Impact Nutrition begins with an online
program that will teach you sustainable healthy habits for your busy life, plus individualized feedback and support from Coach Danie. You have around the clock access to the online material,
making it easy to fit your schedule.

We started Impact Fitness so we could help you achieve your fitness and sport performance goals—whether that be maximizing athletic performance in the sport of your choice, taking on your first Spartan Race, making a comeback after a knee surgery, or remaining active well into your retirement.
