These newsletters aim to help transform one into the best version of themselves through inspiration and education. Whether you’re an athlete striving to perform your best during competition, a dad trying to lead by example, or a mother working a full-time job and taking care of all the household chores, my hope is that these articles will give you the mindset and tools to become a healthier, better version of you. Each day will focus on a slightly different topic, such as providing instruction on how to train correctly and optimize performance by providing information to help shift mindsets into a more growth-oriented state. Understanding how exercise, nutrition, and frame of mind can improve one’s well-being cannot be understated.

Mindset Monday

The objective of Monday’s writing will be to cut through the haze of the weekend and get a jump start on the week. While having an effective training program is critically essential for results, this will only get you so far unless your mindset is dialed in to attack whatever challenges lie ahead of you. Practicing the present and understanding ways to persist through challenges are just a couple examples that will be covered in this section. Gaining more insight into these areas will improve overall well-being and quality of life, thus helping you reach closer to your goals.

Training Tuesday
An important topic often passed over in strength and conditioning is proper technique while performing exercises. The purpose of this section is to educate on what proper technique should look like when training and create more of a growth-minded frame of thinking. Training may sometimes look different for everyone depending on their goals; however, there are always guidelines that should be followed. Other topics included in this section; are speed and agility training, technique, and periodization schemes.

Winning Wednesday

Some weeks can be a grind. This section will give hope by providing information, stories, and exercises to inspire you to keep pushing, learning, and growing into the best version of yourself. This a weekly reminder to always keep a fresh state and peace of mind.

Food Friday

You can have the best-individualized training program in the world, but if you do not have the proper diet, the results will be mediocre at best. Understanding what foods can provide the daily nutrients for your body to recover and function optimally throughout the day can have significant benefits. In a world where supplements have become popular and quality food is so expensive, I want to provide information on how to work around these challenges.
