Brady Hill

Brady understands how important it is to have the right tools, education and support to compete. He’s committed to helping you enhance your performance and improve your fitness. As a coach he will help you to push your limits and ensure you’re working as hard as you can to reach your potential – all while focusing on safety and overall athleticism. More importantly, Brady’s training sessions are fun and energetic – and he promises to always celebrate your victories.

Brady became a coach because of his love and passion for sports. He had an olympic lifting coach and participated in multiple sports year round growing up and saw the difference it made in his performance and life. He played 4 years of college football and which drove him to understand the science and physiology behind sports performance. He believes that training with him isn’t just about building muscle and improving your performance but about building relationships with your teammates and coaches.

Danie Hill

Danie consciously let’s people set their own goals by helping them vocalize what is most important to them. She doesn’t impose her own desires, but rather will work with people to help them define and pursue their personal goals. A step-by-step plan paired with intentional coaching will provide you with the education and training experience necessary to accomplish your goals and celebrate your achievements.

Danie fell in love with the hands-on curriculum of Athletic Training in college and decided to take it to the next level. She enjoyed helping people regain what they lost and then improve beyond their pre-injury levels. With her athletic training background paired with a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology,

Danie is able to provide you with an individualized plan no matter your current health condition or fitness levels. As a former college athlete, she understands what it takes to make a long-term commitment to accomplish a goal and will help you do the same.
